Help a Combat Veteran and his Family This Holiday Season
The Veteran is a 50% service-connected disabled combat veteran with five children. After his 2022 discharge, his family of seven nearly became homeless before securing housing through a local housing voucher program. He's working full-time while his wife cares for their children, several with disabilities requiring frequent medical appointments. He is their only driver—balancing work with transporting kids to therapy means steady employment is a constant struggle. Recently their rent increased beyond what their housing voucher covers.
They're working hard. They just need help staying afloat.
Any amount—whether it helps with overdue bills, one month's rent, and maybe some presents for the kids—makes a difference for a family who's served our country and is doing everything they can to stay housed and provide for their children.
